Early Career Benefits Workshop

Pre-Retirement Workshop This workshop is a must for every newly hired employee! Every employee should be educated on how the proper participation of benefits will effect their retirement years. According to Employee Benefit Research Institute, 2003 about 63% of workers have no idea how much they will need to save and accumulate for retirement. A recent employee survey indicated that employees prefer financial training and education their earlier years of employment. This workshop will allow the effects of sound financial and investment decisions to have time to come to fruition.

Who should attend this workshop?

Every newly hired employee should be scheduled for this workshop at the time of hire in or as soon as possible thereafter. It should also be extended to any employee who hasn't received a thorough training on the proper use of their benefits.

The program complements the efforts of Human Resource Personnel in training employees in benefits utilization and emphasizes training in areas not covered.

Workshop Specifics:

This workshop is available in several versions; a half day program, 1 or 2 day format. While we do not recommend the half day format due to the large material content, it can be customized to meet your agency requirements. Seminar cost will vary based on; length of the program(s), number of participants, and customization requests. Each participant will leave with a comprehensive workbook, containing a very helpful resource section and a glossary of terms section.
