Randall P. HallierOur firm's President is Randall P. Hallier, CFP®. After attending the University of Kansas as an education major, Randy completed his financial planning education through the UMKC Bloch School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Randy started his own independent financial planning and investment management firm, Retirement Plus, Inc. in 1988. In 2009, Randy merged his company with Creative Planning Inc., Leawood, Kansas, a firm cited as among the top 100 Independent private wealth management firms in the nation. Randy also is President and founder of Financial Workshops, LLC, a leading provider of financial and retirement training to large employers. As a skilled presenter, he has led more than 500 workshops for various organizations, and Federal Agencies throughout the country.

Randy is a veteran of numerous television and radio appearances and his program Women Taking Control of Their Finances, brought him national recognition on the FOX TV Network. As the creator and host of The Bottom Line radio show, Randy provided timely advice and professional insight to Kansas City listeners. Randy is a published writer and author and has contributed numerous articles to Boomer Magazine, Research Magazine and others. He is the author of "The Ten Major Mistakes People Make in Retirement Planning" and "The Federal Employee's Ultimate Guide to Retirement". He provided the foreword for the book "The Art of Investing and Portfolio Management" in 2008, and, in 2009, is the author of a new book "How to Work for Uncle Sam and Retire Rich".
